In this project, rustic and cosy, a tropical style can be perceived, with intimate spaces of great warmth due to the colour accents on the walls and from the use of simple and light materials. The lighting of the space and the different tones create a very attractive building. The result is functionality and comfort. The harmony the materials with the context create a warm mood. The independent terraces and the common spaces allow people to enjoy the view wherever they are. The view from the bedroom can make people feel always in a wild place. The importance of the local material for this project has been very important for the design.

Remodeling

With very few decorative elements, interior suggests a modern and sophisticated atmosphere. In this renewal contest, the client requested to modified a fairly compact space on the first floor of the house. The place where they would like to enjoy an entertainment area but with some privacy and better bathroom quality. The decision was made a small lobby after climbing the ladder. This space has now a piece of furniture adapted to the walls and would have many mirrors to give depth to the small room. From this entertainment room, they have access to the bedroom that also counted a bathroom, which is resolved with single access and share the same corridor of  the bathroom. Small lobby.  Walk-in closet. Bedroom. Plan.
