In this renewal contest, the client requested to modified a fairly compact space on the first floor of the house. The place where they would like to enjoy an entertainment area but with some privacy and better bathroom quality. The decision was made a small lobby after climbing the ladder. This space has now a piece of furniture adapted to the walls and would have many mirrors to give depth to the small room. From this entertainment room, they have access to the bedroom that also counted a bathroom, which is resolved with single access and share the same corridor of  the bathroom. Everwash was a fun experiment in retail design. This project led me to think about how a simple car wash could be adapted in a luxurious and timeless building that contained a car wash. Basically, the company was looking to reflect their customers the idea that washing a car could be a different experience. So the position adopted for this project is to reflect the brand through a clean building in design but that is visible from the street as an element that invites its customers to live a comfortable experience for their cars. Facades with out-of-date walls, pergolas and eaves generated a modern and sophisticated volume. The colour palette in this project reflects the principles of the brand. The redesign tries to take advantage of all the existing ones without generating a highly expensive impact and recognizes the context where it is located since elements that shade the façades were incorporated, which in sunny hours will be appreciated.
